No.
Coaches offer 12 months a year.
A lot of offers fly under the radar. Some above.
JUCO offers are almost always under the radar.
Offers in MI tend to be above the radar for the obvious reason that it is easier for folks in MI (like our CMU and WMU friends) to detect them.
Hell English might have two dozen + FB offers out already.
I tend not to get excited by offers as an offer and a buck and a quarter or two will get a small cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts.
