In looking at their schedule, they've had some unimpressive losses early in the year. This run is an amazing one, them beating MSU is the highlight of the season.

I think beating Syracuse was the highlight of the season (so far). However, if you meant that beating MSU was the highlight of the season because it put them in the National Championship game, I would agree with you.
Correction: "them beating MSU is the highlight of the season FOR ME".

Well, when all these mid majors started making serious runs, it was hard to avoid this year. Great stuff. Five of the sweet sixteen, hard to pass that up.
