Well, 3 of the 5 first team all conference players are one and done in the tourney.

A-Sun POY, one and done, A-Sun Defensive POY, one and done.

A-Sun COY, one and done.

There IS a difference in a big name and a quality player/coach.

This is true Doc... and I think Laing is obviously not coach of the year, it's more of a reflection of his players who might have carried him through the season. Talent can take you pretty far, but not all the way.
