It's an International engine. You could take it to an International dealership. Can't imagine that's cheaper than Ford. However, I can't imagine anything with a Diesel being cheap.

Yes, I'm aware it's an International engine. Trying to avoid the Int/Ford 100. or more an hour labor rates, but may have no choice. Thanks for the input guys!
What do you need done? Internal engine work?

Ouch. Not good on the 7.3.
We have our trucks serviced at Raleigh Tire in Raleigh but not sure if they mess with the Ford diesels. Just looking at the results from googling "Ford 7.3 diesel oil leaks" made me shiver.
Good luck.

yep...
Ballinger's G'town Shell. My brother is the GM for that station. He said they could probably fix your oil leak (sight unseen). You can call and ask for Jeff 754-4470. He can give you details about labor charges, etc.

Thanks Poppa and all others, I'll give Jeff a ring...

Anybody that has a hot dog named after them has to be a good guy.

I preferred the Don Dog over the Wally Burger. Actually, the cooks didn't know what to make of me and I just went to the back and cooked my own.
