After looking at the descriptions of the coaches, I fail to see a recruiting coordinator. Any ideas as to the candidates?

Considering that Kill praised Coach Phelps for picking up the ball after Fleck left, I would assume he's the guy.
I thought they all recruited, but just different areas.

They do, but one coach has the title of "recruiting coordinator." I really don't know what their duties are, but I assume it changes from school to school based upon the composition and strengths and weaknesses of each staff.

I've always been under the impression that it's basically administrative stuff- maintaining the files on players, scheduling and planning campus visits, keeping up with what all the coaches are working on, etc.
