Disclaimer is I haven't been to a game in awhile so all I know is what I see on TV and read here or in online GAZETTE.

It seems whatever momentum we had from Hawkins' first two year has disipated completely.

The performances have lacked consistency and not just this season. This indicates lack of a coherent philosophy and direction, or the execution thereof is lacking, or it does not fit this program.

I think so from my twenty thousand foot view, which is very fluid I might add. The first red flag for me was instilling that dribble drive penetrate (kick it out of bounds) offense, seemed to be on a whim and it never panned out. Since then the decisions seemed to be knee jerk, not very strategic in their implementation.
