Realtime RPI has us up to #21 - Good news
Virginia has lost the last two games to Wake Forest and Va Tech and RPI has dropped to 109, giving us a bad loss again - bad news.
As long as we keep winning....I'll take the trade off.
I think we're to the point where we should be considered in the tournament. RPI just helps our seeding.
We have to keep winning. Take nothing for granted.

GO BLAZERS!

Lose a couple conference games and just watch how quickly we bounce back on the bubble.
Schard is correct. We're not in the tourney yet. We're simply being projected to be in the tourney. There are several road mines out there and if we hit one of them it could hurt us big time. If we go 4-1 in the next 5 games I would feel real good being 22-3 with Houston, Tulane and Memphis coming to Birmingham and road games at UCF and UTEP in our last 5 games of the regular season.
Houston is never easy, home or away. Memphis will not give up the crown without a fight, and they were as rough as ever against Houston in Memphis. Except for Vaden dropping in 40+, we have not played well in El Paso in a while. And UTEP is thinking, beat UAB in the 'Ham and we are tourney bound too. Like Rod said, these last 10 will be treacherous. 6-4 over that span would be an achievment, IMO.

That would. And I feel pretty strongly that we need 25 wins to get into the NCAA, and nee dto go at least 7-3 in that stretch.
We are not in yet but the fat lady is begining to hum.

Just from an RPI prospective only - we can stand several road losses but only one or two home loses that would hurt us.
