For those Olympic fans looking for an SBC connection, here are two to cheer for:

Denver will be sending 2 athletes to the Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver next month.

Paul Stastny, an NHL hockey player with the Colorado Avalanche, will be one of the top Team USA centers. He was an All-American at Denver and won an NCAA title for with the Pioneers in 2005.

The other 2010 Olympian is current Denver skier Leif Haugen, who will ski for his native Norwegian Olympic Team in the Slalom and GS. He helped lead Denver to the NCAA title last year as an all-American, and will be counted to help Denver to the NCAAs this year following the Olympics.
Good luck to them and all of TEAM USA!!!

It's just an educated guess, but fair to say I don't think FAU has any winter athletes at the games... 03-phew
