Our second half shoooting percentages.

Thank goodness for free throws.

That is just crazy. Unbelieveable.

I want to say we only hit 4 shots from the field during the 2nd half. The rest of the points were freethrows.

Yep, and two of those baskets were in the last couple of minutes of the game.

In the second half, we hit a bucket at 18:15, 6:15, 5:07, and 1:18.

Incredible.

I noticed with 8 minutes left in the second half, we had only scored 6 points that half.

The movie was a "Summer of 42", but for what seemed an eternity, it was a whole "Winter at 42".

For once, I'm going to buy into Davis's explanation for a disastrous performance in the second half. We looked like the first half took it all out of us and, because we were tired, we settled for some really bad shots. Eli really took some head-scratchers. But then...they were shocked back to fighting through the fatigue. We finally got the transition game going again, and we started drawing fouls. This team is short on offensive skill but long on mental toughness. On balance, I'll take it. But damn...it would be nice to have a run-busting jumpshooter.

it was a 10 point win, a 'blowout' by our recent standards

...but I did enjoy some of the offensive motion - even if the shots did not fall. Tulsa got a workout chasing Blazers around and around.
