Donnie Marsh, obviously...because he knows how lucky they were to win a game in which it would be difficult to imagine playing worse at home. There are two individuals this team has to have to win this year and who are most responsible for its success...AJ and Donnie Marsh.

I also like this quote from the article from Coach Davis...“That’s why I think people thought we had a disap­pointing year last year, because we were talking about how good we’d be.”

Umm...no, Coach, that's not it.

Coach Marsh looks like he is already thinking next.

I was trying to think of who to compare him to...you nailed it. He's President Josiah "Jed" Bartlett from The West Wing, with his classic "What's next?"

Marsh always seems to be unimpressed with whatever they've accomplished and perpetually worried about how we're going to solve the next problem. He's probably thinking about Hassan Whiteside in this picture. He's really the perfect counterbalance to Davis. And a good team needs both kinds of leadership.

Coach Marsh is also a wonderful ambassador for our program.

Has anyone else notice CMD never wears anything green (or gold)? I wouldn't mind seeing him in a forest green tie on game nights.

I've seen him wear a green suit before.

He turned out in one of Zero's leftover sweater vests. Led to a stupid loss if memory serves.

I've seen CMD wearing the jump suits that the team has on campus. Actually, whenever I see him on campus its usually UAB gear.
