I'm sorry but this has just gone too far! I can't believe my eyes that the Campbell board is discussing which team they WILL play in the NCAA tournament. This from a team that hasn't had a winning record in about 15 years -- a team that hasn't done anything significant in the ASUN tournament that I'm aware of -- and best of all has 0 victories over the top ASUN teams this year.
Even OC the long time ASUN board ambassador is in on this! C'mon OC haven't you guys ever heard of a jinx? I think we might have to archive that post for reference in 30 days.

They don't know what it's like to make the NCAA's so they are giddy about it and want to dream. Kind of like how a Kennesaw fan said they have a chance to run the table in the ASUN, but it looks like they won't even make the tournament.

I don't believe JU can score enough points to hang with Lipscomb or Mercer. They outmuscled UNF to clean up their own misses and can do so against the smaller teams in the league but I don't see Colbert/Powell getting the best of Hodzic or Emerson.

Really? You put Mercer in this category? Come on... I would hardly say that Emerson is 'one of the big boys.' Hodzic yes you can take that one. But after personally witnessing Daniel Emerson get completely destroyed down low by Scott Saunders -- who doesn't even start -- I no longer will say I am the slightest bit impressed or scared of him. I don't believe that JU is the BEST team in the ASun by any means, but I will say I believe they are the most athletic and have the ability to run full court better than any team in the ASun. That will pose a problem to any team regardless of size if they can't shut down a fast break.
