Now that was funny... Worse than the phone call I got at Church tonight giving me the news, and people were wondering if somebody died, based on what I was saying on my end...

I was at an all-you-can-eat buffet (nearly through) when I got the call. I was suddenly done eating and almost
everywhere. By the look on my face, my family could tell that something was wrong. I think they thought someone I knew might have died.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt a little sick to my stomach.

I told him i was fine and not suicidal...not anymore at least...
I was just leaving the georgia dome and in the midst of high fiving anyone wearing purple and gold for their performance and preparing to tell everyone I know that I saw that Thomas kid from LSU twice in person....
and then the call came.
While I thought there was a chance he would take the Mizzou job, I always thought it would be a "better" job, but I acknowledged the possibility all the same.
I was still floored.
"We need a new coach..." my friend said.
"Watson quit!?!" I exclaimed, ready to share this news with the LSU fans that were all around.
"No. Basketball coach."
