Word is that coach English is hush, hush on recruiting and staff matters, he keeps things close to the vest.
Does anyone know if there are any JC's, Transfers, or early committments in school that will be eligible for Spring Ball? As stated above, he has been very quiet. The program gets very little PR - quiet, quiet, quiet!
I think we may have to wait until signing day and be surprised. Here's a link to where ESPN has the schools now, but you can also check for commit lists at Rivals or Scout. Note the number of late qualifiers for CMU that suddenly appeared. Some of the MAC teams are doing well if all these verbals sign LOIs.

I believe Ryan Williams the Florida QB said in an article he would enroll in January and play spring ball.
I might add that looking at the official EMU website the roster hasn't changed and the two purported coaches who left are still listed. Various persons on various boards have rumored coaches leaving, players leaving and offers rescinded to verbals. At this point as a fan I don't know what to believe except without official confirmation it is just that rumors. Are rumors left to fester good for the program or recruiting?

WOW! Lots of MAC commits but there are still a lot of uncommitted god players still out there. Hope we get our share!
I wonder if any ex U of M players like B Cissco transferred to EMU.
We probably will never know until after the signing date in Feb. Mums the word! Program has no pr, no media coverage etc. Agree that as a fan it is difficult to follow the program. Hopefully no news is good news

Looks like EMU will have Gillett, Payne, Williams, and Benz on the QB depth chart. That a soph, a RS freshman, and two true freshmen. Not much experience but it appears to be a very diverse group with talent. Let's hope one of them emerges as a top notch MAC QB.

Probably not.
They don't update the website/roster until the pre-season guide, and even then it's just preliminary info.

I think you are correct, but not sure it includes the recruits that start in the summer.
