Smaug Wrote:"Mike was just all over the floor," Richardson said. "I enjoyed watching him play."
The game was Richardson's last for Western Texas. But before he left to become coach at Tulsa, he told an assistant, "Go find that little guy. We've got to have him. We've got to keep rolling."

Paul Pressey starred while Anderson, who averaged 12 points in two seasons for Tulsa, provided heart and soul at point guard.
"He would take a charge on a Mack truck to win," Richardson said. "He was a tough, tough youngster. He'd battle you to death."
Anderson's play prompted the nickname Mighty Mouse, a cartoon hero of the 1950s and '60s whose theme song included the line, "Here I come to save the day."
As Richardson recalled, he would look at Anderson in a nip-and-tuck game and say, "Hey, Mighty Mouse, it's time to save the day, baby."

Who among you read that and didn't think "Squeaky"?
let KY Jelly cry about it and have their theory. truth is Daniels missed Finley made. had nothing to do with practice guests.
Unbelievable! Nolan's seat was in the UAB section, which was ACROSS the court from UAB's bench. Other than making a lot of noise and constantly berating the refs, Nolan did nothing to assist in UAB's victory. That is the LAMEST excuse I've ever heard.

How many think KY basketball fans and UAT football fans are Kissin' Cousins? (Read, in-bred morons)
Oh, but he made hand signs to Mike calling plays, you know that... 03-weeping
Quick! We've been exposed! Scramble the black helicopters! 01-wingedeagle

Has anyone seen So I Married an Ax Murderer. When the mother tells Mike Myers about the newspaper. The World News, its cerculated around the world. This paper has facts.......Man gives birth to baby......thats a fact! Nolan steals plays from KY practice......Thats a fact!......Now here's a fact: #1 seed in the NCAA tourney gets upset by the #9 seed and someone needs an excuss for the loss. Is Jay Bilas squirting his man juice over the state of Kentucky. Morons!
Quote:The newspaper said Richardson yelled instructions, signalled Anderson with hand gestures and yelled at the referees

If this is true, maybe except for signals to Anderson, I have also been instrumental in a lot of the Blazer victories.
