and it is the most awesome device ever! :ugaexams:

I feel like a crew member (sans transporter) on the USS Enterprise!

I would appreciate any useful tips or apps from the Tiger Nation so I may fully utilize its incredible features.
I've had one for a long time. Can you do more than talk on the phone with it?
Go to the Apple store and start checking out APPS.....there are many many thousands....I wish you luck. My Wife has one, I have a Crackberry from work, but she has found an app for just about anything she wanted it to do.

Pawn it and get a Droid.
I love my 3GS.

Like Chi-Town said, there is an app for everything- a lot of good ones are free.

I will warn you, the battery life isn't great...but for me, that's a small price to pay.
sportacular is hands down the best app ever
Thank you, everyone.
check out Yelp! - it helps you find stuff like restaurants, banks, etc and has this crazy 'monocle' mode that acts like a radar.

That device is the single most awesome thing to ever come out IMO and is so intuitive to figure out how to use vs other 'phones'
Do yourself a favor and buy Doodlejump. It's the most addictive game ever. $.99

+1

I went with the HTC Eris due to the lighter weight, but either way, you get the Android OS and you dont have to be on AT&T.
When it came time to renew my contract and get a new phone, the sales guy took me to see the iPhones.

I told him eff that. I want a phone not a toy.

I got a Samsung Propel and I love it.

I put AT&T on the same level as UTK.

AT&T is having a hell of problem supporting the number of iPhones they've sold...especially in high demand areas(Manhattan, Boston, LA, SF, Houston, etc) Their structural improvements havent kept pace his the number of data users they have signed up.

I've noticed the 3G speeds here in Dallas suck compared to the speeds I get in Pittsburgh. It's much faster up there.
