Bobcats 29 game non-conference win streak was ended tonite as Ohio blew a 13 point second half lead losing to Austin Peay. 68-66 in Athens. Bobcats hoisting the bricks tonite as they go 5-24 from behind the arc. Ohio 4-3 and losers of three in a row.
Austin-Peay has been putting together some quality wins. Niagara, Akron, and Ohio are all quality mid major wins.

Buffalo beats Niagara on the road tonight in a game whose score, 86-80, ended up a lot closer than it should have. Niagara has a hell of a guard in Lewis, who hit three after three to keep Niagara in it at the end. Quality road win for Buffalo, who shot over 50% from the field tonight.

If it weren't for 1 and two point hiccups against Canisius and Vermont, Buffalo would be looking like a much stronger competitor in the MAC. Right now its hard to say what team will show up each game.
Its sad when an OVC team walks into two MAC houses and comes away with 2 wins.
Final: WMU 69 E Illinois 58
