I can see it now.. HAARP is the "Haliburton Hurricane Machine" and it was used on Katrina as a weather control experiment.

How crazy is it that I recognize the acronym without seeing the video? I thought HAARP was pretty much limited to documented schizophrenics, but if Jesse fell for that nonsense somehow, he'll fall for just about anything.

One does not need to go looking at HAARP,Chemtrails,NWO,Builderbergers,UFO or 911 to find government conspiracies.
