Some of you are getting tired of it, but there's always a chance... and especially after both #25 teams in the polls lose.

Last night, AP Poll #25 Northern Iowa lost to Bradley.

Tonight, Coaches Poll #25 George Mason lost to Hofstra.

It will be interesting to see which teams jump up to replace these teams in the Top 25. Doubtful it will be us playing just once this week vs. a pretty bad SMU team.

One thing's for sure... a win over Memphis would have us in the Top 25 undoubtedly. It's not a huge deal, but being in the Top 25 goes a long way as far as respect and publicity.

It's sad that we have to hope for teams to lose for UAB to get a chance in the top 25...

Personally, it won't matter to me until a UAB win earns us a spot in the top 25.

Frankly, I see this as EXACTLY why we don't want to be ranked. Every time a team debuts in the Top 25, it seems to lose its next game, and UAB's certainly had no luck as a ranked team in the past.

Keep us out of the rankings, please, and just let us keep winning.
