81-62 late in the second half.

Awesome 2nd half by Syracuse, a 20-1 run to start it, and now a 13-0 run to finish it.

Great job Orangemen!
Big East undefeated.
Great job... I hope my team is able to compete with the BE elite this year but we are so young.... Syracuse definitely looks like a contender.
Congrats on a win. It will be a war in the BE again. UCONN will pay you guys back for that 6OT win sometimes this year.
Free throws:

UNC
19-26

Syr
4-10
So much for The BEast being down this year. The preseason #6 team just destroyed UNC... 03-lmfao

Did you just see how SU handled the frontline of UNC, which is better and deeper than UConn's?

Sorry, I don't think the Huskies will beat SU in the Dome this year. And I KNOW you don't want to face us at MSG in the BE tourney. That rarely ends well for Connecticut. 03-wink

Cheers,
Neil
UNC's frontline has no beef on their front line either. Onuaku owned the middle, and he's not the biggest big man in The BEast. It's fine and dandy to have a 7 footer. But if he consistently gets muscled out of place, what good is he?
Nova and Huggy Bear better hope there big boys can match up with Onuaku and Jackson...

True about UNC's frontcourt. Only Thompson has any beef, but they have 5 other guys that they can rotate in. Don't discount depth. The frontline wasn't the real problem for the TarHeels tonight, it was their backcourt.

Nice win Cuse! 03-nutkick ACC! 03-lmfao
Not really, Neil. UNC's main problem was Syracuse's backcourt... 04-cheers

Sorry SU fans. UCONN is not afraid of Cuse front line what so ever. We will see how you handle our press this year. We still got plenty of beef up front. By the time you play us, we will have 6'9" Alex O, 6'11" Ater Majok, 6'9" Stanley Robinson and 7 feet tall Charles O. We aren't afraid of the Cuse LOL.

Got to admit, you guys do look better for now but my bet is still Calhoun's team when it comes near March.
In order to be the man you got to beat the man and last I check we are the defending BIG EAST Regular Season and Post Season Champs. 05-stirthepot

I think Syracuse just beat THE MAN. Unless I'm mistaken, UNC is the defending NATIONAL CHAMPION. That tops a conference champion, and the Orange STOMPED 'em...

Your deja vu posts seem rather irrelevant in the face of that fact...

I think beating UNC trumps some little team from Kentucky...03-nutkick

j/k remember he zone defense always has a huge advantage early in the season...
