i was just remembering what happened to Miami in the final last year. wasn't that against Boston University? always makes me laugh! heheh

Yeah, I was there. Best game I've ever been to.

Miami wins 3-1 on Friday night. Winning in Yost has historically been very rare for us.

I will definitely be there if we are lucky enough to get back to the Frozen Four. I may go even if we don't make it as tickets should be available (I did not buy in advance because if we make it I will be abloe to bet somje really good seats) plus Greek town keeps sending me offers for 2 free nights! The whole tournament scene in Washington was a blast last year.

Miami also won on Saturday night 5-1. This is our first ever sweep at Yost Ice Arena and the first time Michigan has been swept at home since Northern Michigan got them in 2001. This is pretty exciting stuff, but hockey plays such a long season (starting with games in early October and the Frozen Four is not until early April) that it is very difficult to maintain a peak level for that length of time. Right now we are off to a great start.
