Wagner ahead of Donald doesn't make sense. I'd love to say Jaiquawn Jarrett should be 2nd team, but no one on our team has a lot of tackles or INTs. Looks fine, though.
No Davonte Shannon?

Good point. I forgot about him.
I see that "weak" OL from CMU that was a ? before the season has -3- OL on the list. So much for rebuilding that unit........

Our new tackles struggled much in the desert and early against MSU, but by the second half in E. Lansing, Weaver and Olson were taking it to BC$ linemen and LBs with no fear. Sometimes a baptism by fire is a good thing.
Come on man. No Vaughn Charlton? Are you kidding me?

Brian Wagner has been a stud all season long on defense. He's a RS Frosh and he's being leading that defense like a seasoned vet. One of the few bright spots on this years squad. I guess you could call him the defensive equivalent to Patrick Nicely.

Well it seems like he's having a fine season, but looking into who's on the 1st team rather than the 2nd or 3rd, it seems strictly statistically-based, which is why I'm questioning Wagner. He has a TD, which seems to make a tremendous difference in their minds.
Wow, only Barnes and Sheehan representing BG. Did Brandon really leave the cupboard that bare? To think that we don't have one offensive lineman to crack the top 15 in the conference or one defender to crack the top 33 in the conference ... disappointing.

Yes.... not looking to 05-stirthepot
Antonio Brown as third team is a joke. He's the biggest weapon in the conference after LeFevour.

Just for the sake of it, tell me how you'd rank the MAC receivers.
Anyone else find it funny that you can almost guarentee that whoever has the worst team will have the best punter?

I somewhat agree. With all due respect to the numbers that Barnes has put up, and the other receivers in the MAC (There are a LOT of great WR's this year, Bryan Anderson doesn't even crack the top 9??), Antonio Brown is by far the most dangerous, explosive player in the MAC. However, I only say I somewhat agree because he's sort of Reggie Bush like. He's a phenomenal all purpose player, and a game changer, but he doesn't just play WR. He also gets 5-10 carries a game, KR, PR, hell he even throws the ball sometimes. For that reason it's tough to put him too high as an All MAC WR, but as simply a player, I don't think there is a better or more electrifying player in the MAC. He pretty much needs his own category to be first team All MAC as he deserves.
After looking at this list, I wonder if Miami is still in the conference. I think I see two players on the list and not first teamers. I am not a Miami fan, but I do consider them as the premier program in the MAC, at least historically. It is essential for them to be good for the prestige of the conference. What happened to such a storied program?
Wow 4 KSU players on 1st team all defense and 2 players on special teams.....The tide is turning!

And it's a lineman, an LB, a DB, and a safety. And they all have been fantastic, but it goes to show you need 11 because our defense could be a whole lot better.
