Last season:

Point Guard: Stevie and Brandon. Stevie explosive and Brandon defense and rebounding.
Two guard: III. Terrific shooter. Still learning on Defense.
Three: Fowler. Great defender. Good scorer.
Four: Shane. All conference first team. Hard to replace.
Five: Mike and Burton. Neither in greatest condition.

This season:

Point Guard: Solo and Lionel. Solo combines Stevie's quickness and ability to score with possibly better vision than Patterson, but loses a little because of height differential. Lionel. Much improved. Getter better each season.
Two Guard: III. Man on a mission to prove he belongs. Will be better all around than last year. Ricky Davison. Not sure he'll play the two, but probably will. Can score and is extremely quick and tough.
Three Guard: Alex. Potential to be better all around than Fowler.
Nick. Needs time to develop. Kelson. Jury still out.
Four: Courtney. Can't replace Shane's all around talent, but should be solid, along with possibly Burton or Mike.
Five: Probably will be Mike's one great season. Bails, Thornton and Lozeiro fighting for playing time.

Obviously this is all speculation. Practices will determine who the coaches feel can make the plays when the lights are turned on. I think this will be an exciting season with some losses that hurt, but maybe some wins we aren't expecting. 18-11 would be a terrific regular season record. Then three tournament wins, and we have the greatest season we've had since the Newell days.04-cheers
Taking the squad as a whole, we probably are better than year before last, but the schedule is a good bit harder.

3 tournament wins will get us to the final. I'd like to win one more, if possible. (I guess, a first round bye is possible, just not likely this season).
