I do remember them beating Bama. As a matter of fact, Gene Bartow sent a letter to Hodge right before their game with Bama which said "Wimp didn't recruit you either" lmfao Hodge said he showed it to his teammates in the locker room prior to their NCAA game with Alabama.

How in the hell did Bartow miss those 2. Especially with Jeff being a Woodlawn High School alumni, along with Oliver Robinson and Luellen Foster. Late 80's early 90's were truly Gene's darkest years. Which says a lot when you consider that they really weren't all that bad.
