The largest battleship in the world, Yamato, departed Tokuyama in the Inland Sea on what was to be her last sortie...

Here she is:

Isn't she magnificent?

Her mission: "Divine Wind" (Kamikaze); to protect the Japanese homeland and its national essence (Kokutai) at all costs against the methodical juggernaut of the United States of America.

Japanese High Command did not expect (or want) to see this ship or her few escorts again unless she had achieved complete victory.

Result: Almost 400 aircraft of the United States Navy tore her apart.

Thursday we face similar odds. We too have no air defense and face alone a methodical juggernaut.

And I too do not expect (or want) to see the skipper of our ship again if he does not achieve complete and glorious victory for the Empire of the Dragon.

Go Blazers!!

Banzai!! Banzai!!! Banzai!!!!
Hahahah! Eloquent.
Admiral... It is time.

Yamato awaits.
On October 1, 2009 Yamato returned victorious.

Thank you Blazers. Thank you Admiral Callaway & Staff. 04-bow

Peace has been restored to the Empire.

The Cherry Trees blooming in the Fall... Imagine that...
