I was under the assumption that the tournaments had been very successful. I wonder what the deal is?
Looks like the NCAA goes out of there way to reward cities who have built new arenas- they did it for us a few years back. I notice that the new arenas in Tulsa, Omaha, and Kansas City all got subregionals. We'll get one here again someday. Hard to say when, when so many cities with great facilities are bidding to be hosts.
