Volleyball UALR lost to Alabama-Birmingham, 3-1 in the Lady Tiger Invitational, Memphis, TN. The Trojans (5-4) will face Samford and host Memphis to round out their non-conference portion of the schedule.
Womens soccer UALR scored two goals in a two-minute span to shut out Southeastern Louisiana, 2-0. Taylor Gabbert scored her first of the season in the 55th minute, while Danielle Dunsworth netted her 2nd straight penalty kick two minutes later. Jane Picarelli pitched her 2nd shutout of the season and 12th of her career. The Trojans (3-4-0) will end their non-conference part of the season with a trip to Louisiana Tech Sunday afternoon.
