Wow, good one, Nick. How long did it take you to come up with that?
I was rooting for Temple and could here my in-laws scream all the way from the 'Main Line' to Cleveland.

I really don't understand how this team continues to play 58-minutes of good football and then folds at the game's end. The hardest part for both Al Golden and previous coach Bobby Wallace is not recruiting but finding a way to end a losing tradition.

Changing that gameday mindset is extremely hard and thus far neither coach has been able to do that. You have to go all the way back to the Bruce Arians (spelling?) days in the mid-1980s when this program last believed they could win.
Nick: I agree. You cannot teach someone how to win. This has been a problem at Temple for too long. Hopfully it will end this year. We have the talent. We need to do well in the MAC and prove that we can win.

I don't think Talent is your problem, for 3 years Al Golden has recruited as well as any school in MAC and better than most. But talent does not mater when you play sloppy undisciplined football and that's just what Temple does.

NAVY, Buffalo, Nova, ..., ...

How many games has Temple either given away or had stolen from them in the second half over the past two years? Either they are undisciplined, unlucky, of just plain badly coached.

Maybe its one of those situations where a Coach just does not live up to his potential at a iven school because I really think Golden is a good coach (one play away from the division last year) but he has to be on the hot seat if Temple does not turn it around this year with a winning record.
