Mrs. Salukiblue and I figured we might as well look into this refinancing stuff, especially since the Prez. is kind enough to throw some $$ to FHA borrowers.

I second MIG...Linda McDowell was our agent. she was our contact at First Horizon when we first bought the house, & she has since moved to Mortgage Investors Group.
They were able to get us a fabulous rate on a 15 year loan back in January.
