Mason junior orally commits to UC

Mason junior point guard Sarah Hunter has orally committed to play basketball at UC, Mason coach Rob Matula confirmed today. The Pulse Journal reported the commitment last week.
Hunter, who is 5 feet 6, is known for her defensive ability on the floor. She also had interest from Wright State, Akron and other Mid-American Conference schools.
"Defensively she is unbelievable; she is as good as I have ever seen both boys and girls," Matula said.
