There are a very limited number of athletes that ever get the chance to compete for their country.
At the ripe age of 18, Ronnie Black (Newport News, Va.) of the Virginia Commonwealth University men’s track & field team gets that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity when the freshman competes in the 2009 USA Junior National Track & Field Championships on June 25-28 in Eugene, Ore.
