hit full edit and you can delete it
I think you have to have a certain number of posts to be able to do delete.

You can also just click on the person's rep rating number and then click on 'RATE USER' on the right hand side of the page.
No need to delete thread. A moderator can just move it to the Messageboard Usage board. There will always be :n00b:S!

You do a +2 the same way but you have to have a certain amount of posts to be able to give a +2. I have no idea what that number is but I can give +2 if that helps at all.

I think you have to click on the first post in the thread that you created. That original post is what creates the entire thread. If you delete that first post (click the red X) it deletes the whole thread. I think.
