So; I'm smoking 8 slabs of Baby Backs, 2 rolls of Jimmy Dean Sage Breakfast Sausage, 3 packages of Chicken Wings and other assorted goodies.

We were going to have a combo baby shower/Memorial day cookout with a simple meal of burgers and hot dogs, it looks as if it may turn into a cook in. It is raining it's butt off right now! And as I look out the back door I notice a very large bag of wet charcoal right next to my grill...

I will be eating with my family and my Dad will be grilling it is barbeque pork chops for us

8lb bone in shoulder. and some chicken

Picked up a few very fine steaks here in OB at cates meat market. A few baked taters on the grill and some garlic bread and its a meal!

We're going to a friends house where I will be grilling sirloin steak from Coscto and trout he caught in the Gulf last week.

***Edit*** This is today. Tomorrow, we will probably tote a small grill to the MIL's house and grill something, just don't know what yet.
