omg...that was so sad. I hope God takes her soon. She has fought the good fight but it looks like her time is near. Her will to live and her courage is truly amazing. God bless her.
I loved the show, chasing Farrah, or something like that. I thought she came off as sweet and caring, and well nice. It's a sad thing, many people are fighting that daily.
I couldn't watch it. It would destroy my memories of her. I saw a small piece of it on Larry King Thursday nite.

Some things I just don't want to see.
I lost a sister to that disease and have another that is in remission. To say the least I didn't watch it.
St. Jude does some wonderful things so if in these hard times you have a little extra keep them in mind.

I saw a band last night at RJ's in Atoka made up of employees of St. Jude. The name of it is The St. Jude Band I think. They were great but the best thing about them is that every penny they bring in goes to the kids. Look for them somewhere should you want to go out on the town some weekend, they really were good...

I lost my mother-in-law a couple of years ago to cancer. I guess everyone has a story about this horrible disease. I have many family members that work at St. Jude. It is the most uplifting and incredible of places to go visit. If you have never taken a tour, it is well worth your time! They do an amazing job of inspiring every patient and family member to hold on to hope. Any monies that you give to them really do go to help cure the awful diseases of cancer, sickle cell anemia and others. I couldn't bring myself to watch the documentary about Farrah but I do keep her and all of her loved ones in my thoughts and prayers. Maybe one day someone will figure this awful disease out!!!!!
