Besides the usual BBQ preferences, what are the best things to eat in Memphis?

Right now, I am addicted to:

Pad Thai from Mosa.
Small cinnamon rolls from Gibson's Donuts. Middle case, top shelf, second from left.
The jalapeno wings at C-FU Chinese Restaurant on Mendenhall, and really anything on their menu.

The Hot and Sour soup at Formosa on Quince.

Crab wantons at Pei Wei/PF Changs.

Can you tell I lub me some Chinee Foo?

I'm diggin' the Mosa Bistro too.
Also this little gem of a deli/restaurant is really good. Foozi's in Clark Tower.

They have the best breakfast biscuits I've ever had. I think they beat out Bryant's.

On Wed's they have as a special a Pork Tenderloin sammy. It's to die for.
Scallops tortuga at Las Torgugas
Hot wings at Alex's, Molly's or the Bayou
Ham sandwich at Canale's Grocery
Fried cheeseburger at Three Little Pigs
One of the new noodle dishes at Noodle Doodle Do in Cooper Young
Philly cheesesteak at Lenny's
Almost any of the salads at Buckley's Lunchbox
Porkchop at Mister B's
Almost anything at Los Compadres
Almost anything at Fino's

I'm dying to eat the Rambo Sandwich at Bardog Tavern
My favorites are:
El Porton
Huey's
Lenny's sub shop (I believe it started in Memphis)
J. Alexanders
Perkins
Pizza from Pete and Sam's.
those snow cones on wells station.
Madison Avenue Club sandwich at Zinnie's East.

Much of the food at Mister B's is marginal. However, that porkshop is sublime. It's humungous and you can literally cut it with a spoon.
