Great game... Ga Tech drove down to the 3 yardline with 30 seconds remaining, down just 14-17. Ball throws a pass into the endzone... the Ga Tech WR tips it in the air and the ball is picked off by an NC State DB in the endzone.

NC State- 17
#24 Ga. Tech- 14
FINAL

Ga. Tech now 3-2. NC State moves to 2-3. Bye-bye Top 25 for Ga. Tech.
I watched that game too. It wasn't all that exciting until the final few minutes.

That game-saving interception was incredible. I couldn't believe he came down with that.
State is pitiful.... as was the first half; the offense; and many other things Tech FB related.

It's time to to bury the season.

The bowl streak will require no mistakes whatsoever the rest of the season; and a miracle not to play in the *** **** MPC Computers Bowl or some other destination far west where fewer than 200 GT fans will show up.

The Chan Gailey era has been punctuated by these sorts of horrible meltdown losses to inferior teams and absolute demolition blowouts against quality opponents. There hasn't been a single year under Gailey where the team has improved; either in record or ability. Take away Calvin Johnson and their offense is no better than Duke's.

Barring a miracle win or a win over UGAG; the Chan Gailey era is over and rightfully so.

Bury the season. Bury the Gailey era. Bury Jacket Racket; as I no longer support Gailey and it's emptier than the chairback seats at Bobby Dodd against a scrub opponent.

And evidently these days if Tech needs 3 points.... regardless of distance..... they better hope the play involves a point guard.
I feel your pain. My dad and brother are both GTech grads. I talked to my brother on the phone at various points through out the game... he didn't call back at the end. We feel the same way about Gailey, but I also reserve some of that for Ball. Immensely talented, but he can't show the least bit of consistency from one game to the next. If he could just throw over 50% it could make a world of difference, I just don't get it. And don't get my brother started on the D secondary this year.
