the FBI has BEEN hot on his tail...I'm starting to lose hope in anything ever coming of it, though.
They will do a prelim hearing....ask questions and get him on perjury charges.
I used to work for one of the largest bail bondsperson in the State of Tennessee. She had a lot of friends in law enforcement of course. She always told me that most of the time it takes the feds a few years to make a case against someone.

They take their time and make the case airtight before it goes to court.
WW has VERY powerful friends in Washington as well...any case against him MUST be virtually airtight to have a chance of making anything stick against him...never forget this as we watch this situation progress.
it's been YEARS. this thing should be vacuum-sealed by now.
There is a reason that federally prosecuted cases only have a 3 to 4 percent aquittal (sp?) rate.
