For what it's worth....I do believe they could be a bright spot for the city someday....if this team stays in tact and another star is added....

If only they got Blake Griffin 03-melodramatic
if you want that "one more star added" they need to quit winning 4 out of 5!
even if they win every game left their record is so pitiful it won't impact their draft standing. i'd like to see the grizzlies do better and more seats filled at the forum. attendance wednesday night was embarrassing. you could have fit everyone in the student section.
Cal was holding them down.

Or Ricky Rubio...

Some are calling him the 2nd coming of Pistol Pete.
So the 2nd pick isn't all that bad this year...
biggest story that has been lost in all of this. GO GRIZ!

You can forget that, even if we got the 1st pick, history has proven that we don't have the smartest people making the draft choices

it was rockin tonight

the Grizz finally beat a good team at home that needed to win for playoff seeding
I thought Ricky said he was going to wait until next year to head over. Dude will probably be awesome.
Does anyone really believe in the NBA Draft "Lottery?" OKC will somehow win it and get Blake Griffin... 04-chairshot

Hey you think if the Grizz fired Lionel Hollins, they could offer the job to JVC and lure him from UK? :billgates:

Bummer, I hadn't heard that.
Next years' draft will be loaded though, maybe he'll reconsider...
Attendance tonight was pretty good! And they played great. GO GRIZ!

He should. There is more money for him to be made this year.

That was Jerry West. I think Chris Wallace has done an excellent job in the draft so far. Last year was pretty good. I have no doubt they would take Blake Griffin with the 1st pick.

My thoughts exactly. We lose when we need to win. And we win when we need to lose. God, we can't even lose right.

With that being said, during this run, our 3 young backcourt stars seem to be playing really well together. Seems like each of them have scored about 20 per game during this run. How did Iavaroni and Cheese not see how good Conley can be?
I love my Grizz. Wearing my "Shoot Around" shirt today to show my support.
Lets not hold this group of players responsible just because you may greatly dislike Heisley.
That would be akin to not supporting the Tigers because you think RCJ is an idiot.
Today it's 5 out of 6. last Friday night's crowd (15,000+) was loud and energetic as we pulled it out late (I can't believe I wrote that) against a playoff bound Dallas squad. Go Grizz!
