While I hate to be a downer during this great time to be a Tiger Fan, I too, have joined the ranks of the unemployed. My employer eliminated my job (I was a Technical Support Specialist for a resort company). I have never been unemployed before so this is all new to me. I wasn't too worried at first (this happened about 3 weeks ago) but I am not getting the responses to resume's that I had before whenever I was looking for jobs. Please keep me in your prayers as well as the others on this board. I know the Lord is opening a new chapter in my life and I am strangely excited about it. Peace and Go Tigers!
I'll add you to my prayer list. There are good tech jobs out there. The competition for those jobs is more than ever before.
Prayers being said right now. This is really getting scary.
Opportunity?
Move back to Memphis and see the best Tiger team ever in person?
Just being upbeat.

Prayers are with you and all our Tiger brothers and sisters who are in between jobs.
You got it, You've been added to my prayer list. Keep your chin up, good things are just around the corner.
Although it won't do any good right now, the stock market had a sustained rally the last couple of weeks for the first time in more than a year. It appears the economy is picking up and the job market will improve in a few months. In the time being look for any kind of work you can do to have money coming in. I have worked several different partime jobs for the past 9 months. It is not as much money, but it will keep you a float. Best Wishes.
We've really ef'd this country up badly. Hang in there Raleigh best regards to you and your family. Fingers crossed in Southern Cali.

Then what owner/manager in an attempt to profit one more quarter for every dollar hires an illegal alien which is against the law as we know. I know people on your side of the country don't feel this as much, but here in the southwest Americans are taking a back seat to people who aren't even suppose to be here. Allow this to happen as I've been preaching for the last ten years and you become a 3rd world country....seeing it. I was laid off 5 times in the last 2yrs.

If you're not furious you're not paying attention people.

Whewww good luck Raleigh
I will keep you in my prayers. You are a special poster.
Keep your head up and keep looking. You will find something. Your in the right field as far as getting another job if you're willing to move. The FBI is hiring 2100 technical people as well as a few other government agencies but you will have to go to Virginia.
Absolutely added to my prayers. You will find something good.
You got it brother!
Good luck to you man! I will keep you and so many others in my prayers...
I am praying for you too.
If you ever just need to get out and watch a Tiger game... you know who to call 03-wink

prayin for you bud.
Raleigh, you're included in our nightly prayers and we'll add this reason. The job market is changing daily but good tech support people are always needed as long as folks use networks, PCs and mid-range servers.

It's hard for us to understand how the same Lord is in control of this economy that was in control a year ago, 5 years ago, 50 years ago and 2000+ years ago, but He's still in control. Take care of yourself buddy.
Prayers sent and sent for all the others who have requested as well as many who are hurting and have not made specific requests.
Will keep you in my prayers, trust in the Lord!
You've got my prayers. Hang in there man.
