I joined the ranks of the unemployed Friday. Please pray for me and my family that the LORD will meet all of our needs and I might find employment in the not to distant future.
I was in building maintence and do carpentry, painting, tile, acoustical work, plumbing and light electrical...just about anything and everything indoors, both commercial and residential. I am a journeyman carpenter and locksmith as well. I have remodeled over 400 apartments and multiple commercial leases up to 5000 s.f. and also worked as a project manager.

I'm sorry to hear about your layoff. I've been giving some people in situations like yours for some time now. I've been recommending utilizing sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist and the various employment websites out there to promote yourself and your availability.

Also post your skillsets on a Craigslist.com. It would be a pleasure to proof read what you want to post before you do this. Just let me know.
