Sounds like the MAC commishioner is working on getting Bowlling Green to dump Wyoming, Wyoming will then turn around and play FAU in 09 in S. Florida with a return game by FAU to them in '14.

Is Bowling Green overscheduled or something?

Anyone have the scoop?
BG is NOT overscheduled. I believe the culprit is Miami, who wants to play Kentucky, and BG told the league we would help if it didn't hurt us, as it has in the past. I believe that as of today, the Wyoming is still on the schedule.

Ok,

Nothing is sgined yet of course but it seem that there is some validity to the possiblity.

Crazy how some of these schedules get moved around, alsmot like the games are free agents to be traded and such. LOL

Thanks for the insite.
Jeez, you guys lose your Boise State home game and now your Wyoming home game?

Is BGSU trying to swap Wyoming for Colorado at home?
Rutgers, Wisc, Hous, Miss & FAU are all looking for games this yr.
What is MAC getting in return for giving up Wym to FAU.
Don't you approach these 5 schools & try to get return game from them for Wym.
Its called 13 teams in the MAC and this happens every year. Teams done know if they draw the short straw and play just 7 conference games. Its like musical chairs. Also money plays a big role in these decisions.

We lost our home game with Boise State by bending over and taking one in the you know where for the Conference a couple years ago. No more of that BS...

Greg Christopher, BG AD, is very adamant about BG having 6 home and 6 road games in 2009. Wyoming is scheduled to play in BG Oct 3rd this season but there is a rumor CO is in the mix. I don't know how much weight it carries and at this point, I think WY comes to BG.

I'll take the short straw and surrender a conference game to play Rutgers....at the beautiful Linc of course
