Michigan quarterback picks Boston College
Joe Boisture, a 6-foot-6, 205-pound quarterback from Saline, Mich., has pledged to Boston College over UCLA for the Class of 2010.

The prospect recently transferred to Saline after passing for 1588 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior at Goodrich HS (Goodrich, Mich.). He also considered offers from Pittsburgh, Wisconsin, Cincinnati and Central Michigan.

Boisture is the grandson of the late Dan Boisture, who was the backfield coach for Duffy Daugherty at Michigan State from 1959 thru the 1965 and 1966 National Championship Seasons. He became head coach at Eastern Michigan for seven seasons (1967-73), with the best winning percentage (69%) by any coach in EMU history

He made the initial top 100 on Rivals.com.
Michigan St. boards say he is going there for a visit and likely offer. They passed on him earlier but seem to be striking out on their top QB targets. I'm not sure if this a looking-just-in-case situation ala Alex Smith or if Boisture has opened things back up to other schools including UC.

BC has 6 commits this year so far - 3 are QBs including 2 added this month. Boisture is easily the highest rated, though I think one of the incoming QBs is 25.
it must be dantonios imaginative offense that is giving him second thoughts

Actually, it is more about avoiding homesickness (I know that you were being sarcastic.) He got the offer and has already switched his commit to MSU.
Good for him, BC fans suck.
MSU fans are worse.

I'm indifferent on BC fans, but I agree with coop on the MSU fans - the typical one is incredibly delusional and seemingly proud of it. They absolutely loathe BK because we got him while they got stuck with Dantonio.
Trust me, BC fans are much worse. Just look at how they talk about Boisture since he decommitted. He is now a douchebag, dick, etc.

Generally, that appears to be a Big 10 fan requirement.

More often than not that is true. Wisconsin fans seem out of their mind. OSU fans, most, can't handle UC winning 22 games over the past 2 years. Purdue and IU fans have been very humbled over the past 5 years (football) and they realize that UC is now a more attractive football package. It has been 5 years since Purdue beat a BCS team that ended the season with a winning record.
I'm not delusional one bit, thank you very much!

With that said, any fan base that uses "Jump Around" is delusional.
Jump around by House of Pain? Its played at Nippert. Come check it out sometime.
Yes, that one. Copying Wisconsin is not cool. Yuck.
Whatever.
