The UAB softball team plays #1 Alabama this Tuesday night, 3/10, at 6:30, I assume at George Ward Park. This would be a great time to get out there and cheer on the team.
I mean, it's 'Bama. A win would be huge for the team and for Coach Marla. They beat us in T-town, a little payback would be sweet.
Is it OK to say "crush" girls?
As popular as "Bamee sofball" is, it's a shame they have to play the game at George Ward Park... they can't get that on-campus field built soon enough!

I went to the UAB-Bama softball game last week down here in Tuscaloosa. UAB looked good until they got robbed in the 5th when a would be homerun was caught over the wall by Bama's centerfielder. The homerun would have put UAB up 4-3. After that, it went downhill and we lost 8-1. UAB got on base ALOT in the game. Just couldn't get them across the plate.
