CSNbbs - Arctics...Anyone heard of this software?

I'm applying for a job with the NY Yankees and it asks if I have any experience with using Arctics. Of course I don't but I would like to respond that I at least know what the application is for. Do any of you have a clue what it is?

I've tried googling it but I only get the north pole or language that I can't understand.

Any help would be appreciated...

With the help of one of my friends, we figured out what it is.

My application to the Yankees has been sent!!

I have no idea. They just ask about "Arctics". I'm assuming it is the Ticketmaster CRM application since the position does require acquiring tickets for those with disabilities.
