What are its uses and how do you use it? I noticed that i have one but no buddies.

click on your user cp
then on the left one of the tabs says buddy/ignore list.
there you can add whoever you like to your buddy or ignore list.

then when you are online you can see who else is too.

So you can add buddies, but you can't delete them...NICE!

Nevermind...you just click on the "Little People" icon and they go away.
