Haha nice thread idea!! Personally, I want to just let loose on FAU!! Everything else is secondary. FIU has been behind FAU because of one thing before: bad administration under the former AD and Don Strock being unable to give this squad a sense of direction. But those days are FINISHED! Last year, proved to everyone that we are on level footing with FAU. And it took just ONE YEAR for Cristobal and Co. to do it. We have the skill, we have the direction, we have the passion.

We got playmakers on both sides of the ball, we got speed, we got strength, we got everything we need to end FAU's success against us. People from both schools will remember 2009 as the year FIU took over this rivalry and never looked back!!

The best part of your statement, is when you said it only took one year to catch up. These knuckleheads at FAU think that recruiting has no influence on the field. Well they can keep thinking that. We are going to mop the floor with them this year, and for many years to come.

well it's good to see FIU building a following. With such loyal fans like you guys, the program should grow fast. Would you be willing to recruit more FIU fans to this board? The more the better!

Just wanted to remind the ULL fans that my team absolutely PWNS them and everyone else every year in water skiing.

Everyone else I think has been fairly even, although we POWNT MTSU as a 1-AA as the fastest 1-AA team to ever beat a 1-A program. I KNOW the MUTS fans hate that. Its forever emblazoned on our achiements rock at the Oxley.
