I went to ChannelSurfing's homepage and did not see the Tulane-UAB game listed. That makes it just a little more difficult for me to watch when I can't even find the link.
I have the "watch-uab" page bookmarked as well. It did take a couple of tries before it finally patched through to the game.
Looks like I'm relegated to watching it through GameTrax on FoxSports .com 
Perhaps you could try a different browser. I had no luck with IE, but Firefox was able to pull up the game after about 10-15 seconds.

If gametracker is correct then PDIII isn't far off from having a triple-double. It says he has 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 9 assists.
