To be able to pay in state tuition being proposed. I'm not kidding, I've seen it all now. I'm sitting here shaking my head. Friends are losing jobs and these guys are proposing this?

Maybe they figure by lowering the price they will get more applicants and increase revenue?

NOTHING that is proposed in our state capitol surprises me anymore, DB. Nothing.
I'm waiting for the reactions.

That senator is from Denver too, I thought he'd be from Boulder.

That's the same nutjob that was proposing charging ONLY skiers on I-70. Like that would have worked, I would have driven up in street clothes and changed in the car.

The legislator in NC tried to pass the same thing in NC a few years ago. The public raised hell and the legislators dropped it.

Just last week another illegal alien in NC caused another serious traffic accident.

I can't believe that they would propose that. Unreal, just boggles the mind.
