They are suing a Brooklyn pawn shop for using a logo that closely resembles their own and are suing for ALL of the profits the pawn shop has made since it opened.

While I understand the need to protect trademarks and all, that is kinda silly. I'm sure folks will head into the pawn shop thinking they are walking into a Citibank.

They are struggling, that's for sure. There's a big deal being made out of the new Mets stadium as well.

I hate graveyards and old pawn shops for they always bring me tears.
Give it a few months. That pawn shop will be making more money than Citigroup
Companies have to jealously defend their trademarks. If they ignore it, then some other entity can come in later and say that they are estopped from trying to protect the mark from general use.
