I took a snow day today. The schools are closed and not good to be driving.

As someone who grew up in the snow belt, it always mystifies me how poorly a little snow is handled around here.
Snow is one thing. Ice is a different thing. Tough for a plane to take off of ice.

Not really. You should see how a plane takes off at the South Pole. Looks like humongous skies.
Why didn't OU leave on Tuesday? I thought all MAC teams traveled the day before their games.
I believe OU planned to leave Tuesday, but didn't make it out before the storm arrived. I guess next-time we should schedule a charter from the South Pole...
