If UTs experience is any indicator, I feel for you guys. Turnover of assistant coaches is great for those coaches and their careers, but hard on the program in the long term. One of our WRs just finished his 4 years of eligibility after 5 years and said he had 4 position coaches in that time. Though not as extreme, also a lot of turnover of asst.'s on the offensive and defensive lines, and those are 2 places we REALLY had issues the last few years. Good luck.
All well and good except Bullough and Miller each left to be a position coach and were later promoted. I can't decide if its a point of pride or a sad statement to the financial imbalance in this sport.

In a good news/bad news way, it's both, as you know.
Shafer was at NIU before he was at WMU. We lost him to Illinois, where he was for only one season before Ron Turner was fired.
